- Alert247 is pleased to announce a new penetration testing services for small business, which focuses a remote penetration test on high priority services allowing them to save money over our traditional full test. The High Profile test will focus, using Alert247 manual testing techniques, on services that have a history on being vulnerble, testing for known vulnerabilities in Web, FTP, DNS, and Sendmail. In addition Alert247 provides information on the number of services running across the network in a brief memo-style report giving customers a rapid response on the state of their network.
- Some of the differences from the full scale remote test:
- Reporting style;
- Limited testing is performed on the non-high priority services;
- Web testing limited to common scripts and known web server vulnerabilities.
