Protect your investment: put our brains to work!

Managed Security Monitoring (MSM) combines people, processes and products in order to create a secure environment for the chaos of modern business networks. MSM monitors your company's entire network giving you a comprehensive view of your company's security in real-time even when it is constantly changing in the face of new attacks, new threats, new hardware or software to install, and day-to-day network reconfigurations.
Alert247's value resides primarily in our Security Analysts. They are highly trained and uniquely qualified experts who understand the need to protect your business assets.
The moment a threat to your network surfaces, some some daemons installed allert our analysts, who apply human judgement, inteligence and flexibility to the problem. If the attack is not a false allarm, our analysts contact you immediately with detailed information about the threat and expert recommendations for corrective action.
Our breadth of experience proves that at the moment you're attacked, what matters most is the caliber of the people defending you.
Products alone can't protect you in a world where the threats change every day. It's not enough to wait for alarms to sound - you might as well wait for hackers to ring your doorbell. We vigilantly monitor your network in real time for the slightest irregularity. And when one is detected, it's immediately invesigated by people who know what to look for.
All MSM customers recieve a weekly or monthly report from Alert247 outlining all security events during the previous, as well as trend data from previous weeks. These reports allow customers to see how well their security is working, and to identify aspects that need improvement.
Every incident that requires an Alerrt247 analyst to contact the customer is summarized in the report.
The report consists of two basic parts: a weekly / monthly summary and trending data.
The weekly / monthly summary is a quick summary of security related activity on the customer's network. This includes information about events detected and all events not important enough to require immediate customer contact.
Trending data includes tables of security related events for the previous 7, 30, and 60 days.
Detailed information includes the security related events for each individual sensor: firewall, IDS, router, server, application, etc.
